2. ScottishTheatreForum.net is part of the STF Group and other parts of the organisation might strive to make profits. It is these other parts of The STF Group that financially support Scottish Theatre Forum. If you support these ventures then you will be supporting Scottish Theatre Forum as well.
3. Use of the site is entirely free.

1. If you wish to advertise with Scottish Theatre Forum then please contact us for current prices. We try to be fair when pricing for commercial ventures and are prepared to negotiate if we believe your organisation to be of benefit to Scottish Theatre Forum and its visitors.
2. Please remember that income from advertising covers our costs and ensures that Scottish Theatre Forum can continue.
3. USING SCOTTISH THEATRE FORUM
1. Scottish Theatre Forum reserve the right to prohibit contribution from any visitor who is deemed not to enter into the spirit of the site. 4. PRIVACY POLICY AND COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
1. Scottish Theatre Forum does not store information other than email address outside the scope of the site. Any information collected is NEVER divulged to anyone outside of STF Group, however, we might use the information to contact people about developments to Scottish Theatre Forum etc as described in 4.5 below.
2. Any information submitted via the database submission forms is considered to be public information and the owner agreeable to publication. Please ensure that the permission of the owner of any email addresses have been notified of its inclusion on the site.
3. Any email address submitted to the site will be collected and stored. Addresses of anyone corresponding with people representing Scottish Theatre Forum may also be collected and stored.
4. These email addresses might be used by STF Group to notify people of other services offered by the organisation. These will be occasional emails and each email will offer the owner of the email address the opportunity to have their email address removed from this list and deleted from STF Group records. Please remember if you contact Scottish Theatre Forum again your name is likely to be added to the database of email addresses again and you may be contacted again in the future.
5. STF GROUP NEVER GIVES ANY EMAIL ADDRESS TO COMPANIES OR INDIVIDUALS OUTSIDE OF THIS ORGANISATION.
6. The only information collected for the STF mailing list is the email address. This is a voluntary sign up listing and addresses are removed immediately upon request.
5. MINORS
1. Recently young adults under the age of 16 have been contacting the site and using its services. It is assumed that these minors have the permission of their parent or guardian to post information. Although representatives of Scottish Theatre Forum will strive to ascertain this permission, no responsibility can be taken in this respect. Groups or individuals using the services of minors are encouraged to check parental consent for themselves.
