For one of the plays in our Drama Festival (in three weeks time!) we need a WWII Army Private's uniform and an appropriate coat and hat for a lady. Could anyone point me in the direction of a costume hire company or a club who may have such items in their collection and be willing to hire them out.

Thanks.

I'm sure someone on the forum will have access to some appropriate costumes for you but in case you need to hire - Markinch AOS hired wartime uniforms for 'Blitz' from Vintage Years in Leicester  www.costumehire.co.uk
Good luck

You could try Allegro. There is a costume hire link on their Web page and they have also done Blitz! Page is www.allegromusical.co.uk and follow costume hire link at top.
